NazzaroFerdinando Nazzaro was born in Rome in 1963.

He studied at the Conservatory “Santa Cecilia” in Rome graduated in Piano, Composition and Conducting. He is the author of a large production of chamber music, symphonic, ballet, and opera, performed in Italy and abroad, published in large part by Casa Musicale Sonzogno of Milano. He has conducted major Italian and foreign orchestras: Orchestra Sinfonica di Bari, Orchestra Regionale del Lazio, Mediterranean Orchestra, Budapest Philharmonic Orchestra, Czech National Symphony Orchestra, Lviv Symphony Orchestra, Philharmonic Orchestra Khmenlitskji, with repertoire ranging from ‘700 to ‘900 contemporary and in particular the italian opera.
He is professor of the chair of Harmony, Counterpoint, Fugue and Composition, at the Conservatory “S. Cecilia” in Rome. Holds master of composition and conducting in Europe, as Poznan (Poland) and Lviv (Ukraine) where it is visiting professor at the Faculty of Art and Culture of “Ivan Franko University” for the teaching of Conducting and Composition for screen. Recently he has held a masterclass of composition in at Columbia College in Chicago (USA). In 2013 he founded the KLKnewmusic, an association of which he is the artistic director, which organizes international events, competitions, masterclasses, concerts, recording sessions, based in Lviv (Ukraine), to be attended by musicians from around the world with cooperation of Lviv Philharmonic Society and the Lviv Symphony Orchestra of which he is the principal conductor.
